Highly concentrated alkaline product that creates intense foam for washing cars and trucks or motorcycles. Special anti-corrosion inhibitors ensure high material tolerance for sensitive components, such as anodized aluminum (does not damage aluminum strips). High-quality surfactants and complexing agents dissolve not only dirt from the road, but also insects, bird droppings and other static pollution within seconds. Koch Chemie Vorreiniger B NTA frei is suitable for contactless washing of cars and trucks and for heavily frequented car and truck washing lines. Also for washing chassis, dirt on steel rims and painted aluminum rims, and to remove waxes.

Dilution Koch Chemie Vorreiniger B NTA frei

• Pre-wash - 1:30 to 1:50.
• Rim cleaning - 1:3 to 1:10.
• Wax sharpening - 1:5 to 1:10.
• Self-service high-pressure washers - 1:300.
• Class A in compliance with the VDA: max. exposure time 5 min, max. concentration when using 1:300.
• Class B: duration of action max. 1 min, max. concentration during use 1:30.

How to use Koch Chemie Vorreiniger B NTA frei

Using the foam attachment:

• Cool down the vehicle.
• Rinse with pressurized water using a high-pressure cleaner.
• Pour the preparation in concentrate or diluted in a ratio of 1:1 - 1:2 into the bottle of the foaming attachment.
• Foam on the vehicle using the foam attachment and leave the product on for 1 to 2 minutes.
• Do not let the product dry on the vehicle.
• In case of heavy soiling, wash the vehicle with a washing glove.
• Then rinse the vehicle with pressurized water.
• Do not use in direct sunlight or on a heated painted surface!

Using a pressure sprayer:

• Cool down the vehicle.
• Rinse with pressurized water using a high-pressure cleaner.
• Dilute the preparation 1:10 - 1:20 and pour into the prepared spray container.
• Spray the diluted product from the bottom up on the vehicle and let it work for 1 to 2 minutes.
• Do not let the product dry on the vehicle.
• In case of heavy soiling, wash the vehicle with a washing glove.
• Then rinse with pressurized water and dry.
• Do not use in direct sunlight or on a heated painted surface!
