They are 15% smaller than previous models and easier to install. The Alpine R2-A60F amplifier of the R series reproduces high-frequency sounds up to 45,000 Hz and is compatible with Hi-Res Audio technology, so you can enjoy crystal clear sound and increased realism of music. We've built some of our top-of-the-line amplification technologies into this R-Series amp, including high-efficiency transformers, top-of-the-line low-noise custom capacitors, and dual low-distortion "Sierra" feedback/correction circuits. Whether you're playing hi-res or standard-definition music files, you can count on this amplifier for excellent sound quality. The Alpine R2-A60F four-channel amplifier delivers 100W RMS power per channel into an impedance of 4 ohms, perfectly matching the performance of Alpine's new R Series loudspeakers. You can also use this versatile amp in three-channel mode, where you drive a pair of speakers with the front channels and bridge the rear channels to send up to 300W RMS to the subwoofer. Advanced Class D amplifier technology allows this powerful amplifier to be built small enough to fit almost anywhere.
