Audison AF M1D amplifier
AF D amplifiers are designed to supplement AF bit amplifiers with powerful amplification channels. Included in the package is a plug-and-play input harness that makes it easy to connect to AF bit amps. AF D amplifiers are also ideal for use with systems controlled and managed by a separate bit processor such as the One HD Virtuoso bit. The AF M1D boasts one high-fidelity amplifier channel of 600W @4Ω*, 1000W @2Ω* and 1200W @1Ω* with the audiophile sound of the latest generation of Audison D-Class technology. Higher switching frequency, steeper filtering and higher tolerance components deliver sound beyond Class D expectations - in an amazingly compact package! The AF M1D is the only one of the AF D family that can also be used in stand-alone mode, thanks to a set of manual controls: - adjustable (and switchable) 4th order low-pass crossover filter - 0-180° polarity/phase switch - 45 Hz setting Bass Boost Combine these features with ART DC switching from the high-level inputs, USS loading of the speaker inputs and the optional VCR-S2 level control and this amplifier can be used to add subwoofers even in systems that lack the Audison AF bit amplifier!
