Synergy Revolution is a brand new wheel coating for 2024 and has been designed specifically to outperform anything else currently available in the UK. It is easy to use and suitable for DIY use, which means you can use it even if you have no previous experience of installing guards on alloy wheels. Revolution is a blend of seven key ingredients and technical solvents, most of which originate from Germany. In Infinity Wax, they use the organic polysilazane resin that you would find in most ceramic coatings, but infuse it with a much more durable inorganic variant. This creates an impenetrable barrier that can withstand temperatures of up to 1400 degrees Celsius and the cyclical cooling effects of heat and cold that ordinary coatings quickly "kill". The icing on the cake is the diaminosiloxane additive, which adds thermal stability, chemical resistance and a surprising level of flexibility to the usually hard and brittle coating structure. Such additives are most often found in the aviation industry, where extreme temperature and weather resistance is required. Synergy Revolution takes the most advanced materials science and encapsulates it in an easy-to-use product that anyone can relate to and achieve great results. It is durable for 2 years and more on all vehicles with daily use. Revolution uses two application methods, either use it with the applicator and the included pipette dropper, or via the Synergy Air system (coming soon). The air system is a precise application method for permanent coverage of high wear and hidden areas. Revolution gives wheels a measurable shine, smoothness and excellent repellency of water, dust and dirt. In addition, it is gentle on all painted wheel surfaces, including satin and matte wheel surfaces, making it the number one protection for alloy wheels and brakes. Synergy Revolution is a protection product and should only be applied after thorough washing, decontaminating and using Synergy Prep to prepare the wheel or component you are coating. Ceramic coatings only work when properly bonded to the paint, so it is very important to ensure proper surface preparation. Synergy Revolution is safe on all lacquered surfaces, including satin and matte lacquers.

How to use Infinity Wax Synergy Revolution - Wheel Coating

Never work in direct sunlight or in a cold garage.
Apply in a dry place and at a temperature of 18 to 26 degrees.
First, thoroughly wash and decontaminate the wheels from flying rust and tar.
Before the actual application, it is advisable to degrease the surface, for example with ADBL IPA .
Put on protective rubber gloves before application.
We recommend ventilating and not being in a small closed room during application.
Pipette the ceramic coating onto the applicator.
Then apply the ceramic coating to one whole wheel and wipe with a microfiber cloth.
Polish the wheel well, the coating must be thoroughly polished everywhere.
After application, we recommend leaving the wheels ideally in a warm and dry place for 24 hours so that the coating hardens.
After the application itself, do not touch the surface of the wheels, carry the wheels by grabbing the tire!
2 weeks after applying the protective coating, we recommend not washing the wheels, rain does not affect the coating.
