Decontamination sponge CarPro PolyShave Block

CarPro PolyShave Block is a small foam sponge with an applied functional layer of a special polymer that can decontaminate the paint surface. It works in a flash, as it has a larger working surface than classic clay, it perfectly copies the surface and decontamination of the paint takes less time. At lower temperatures (usually below 15°C), traditional clay is stiff and is not able to copy the surface well. With CarPro PolyShave, this problem is completely eliminated. Another advantage of this handy tool is that if it falls to the ground, it is enough to wash the block and it is possible to continue working. CarPro PolyShave Block can remove flying rust, asphalt residues, oxidation and other accumulated dirt that remains even after washing and causes roughness and loss of shine. Like clay, PolyShave is also able to remove overspray after painting. After decontamination with PolyShave Block, the paint is free of foreign bodies, beautifully smooth and ready for polishing or waxing.

How to work with CarPro PolyShave Block

• Wash the vehicle thoroughly first.
• It is not necessary to dry it after washing.
• Prepare a suitable lubricant intended for clay.
• Lubricate the surface while working.
• Lightly run the working surface of the PolyShave Block in parallel strokes over the lacquer without exerting much pressure.
• At first you will hear and feel how the block rubs against the paint - it removes dirt.
• Continue until the block slides smoothly over the paint.
• Wash the PolyShave Block regularly during work.
• Lightly moisten the cleaned surface again with lubricant and gently wipe with a suitable microfibre cloth .
