The Car Lift range of ceramic coatings has been designed to offer the user all the know-how of Fictech using the most modern technologies, with the aim of offering easy-to-apply products with a spectacular and durable result. The Airplane coating is based on SiO2 and TiO2 content, which offers unsurpassed hydrophobic protection along with UV protection. Airplane is the first ceramic of the Aéro series designed not only for the aviation industry. By choosing Airplane, you get long-lasting protection (12 months) for the paintwork to protect it from oxidation, attack by various contaminants, and at the same time guarantee you future easy maintenance, which is not comparable to other types of treatment. It will always be possible (and recommended) to put 2 coats of Car Lift Airplane on your airplane for added protection and shine. However, a maximum of 4 layers can be used. Ceramic protection of this quality requires careful preparation of the substrate (pre-washing, washing, decontamination, polishing and, above all, degreasing). Can be used on all painted parts of the aircraft. The package includes a bottle with the preparation, an application cube and application cloths.

How to apply Fictech Car Lift Airplane

• The surface of the aircraft must be thoroughly prepared, clean and decontaminated before application.
• Always degrease the surface before the actual application, use one of the paint cleaners that can degrease the surface well.
• Apply the ceramic coating on a cool surface, ideally in the shade without direct sunlight.
• Drop the ceramic coating onto the application cloth, which you place on the application cube. Just drop a few drops.
• Do not apply to the entire plane at once, proceed in parts.
• Let it set for 1, max. 2 minutes and then buff with a quality microfiber cloth .
• For 12 hours, the surface of the car must not come into contact with water or be damp.
• Make sure the surface is well lit before using the ceramic.
• Use a respirator and protective gloves when working.
• Work in a ventilated environment without ambient dust.
• Avoid contact with moisture during application, work at a maximum humidity of up to 65%.
