Ceramic coating for Gyeon Q2 Rim EVO wheels
Special ceramic nano-coating for wheel discs that resists high temperatures. Various types of rims are available on the market, e.g. painted, anodized or polished. Q² Rim EVO is the right product to protect each of them. Even owners of models with polished collars after applying Q2 Rim EVO will find that the need for polishing for the so-called mirror effect is significantly less frequent. Q² Rim EVO is applied only in one thicker layer. If you wish to extend its durability, the protection can also be layered. A gap of at least 4 hours must be observed between layers. The coating can be applied to all rim surfaces, both glossy and matte. The wheels, which are close to the engine compartment or right next to the exhaust, are the components most exposed to high temperatures. Q² Rim EVO has an endurance capability exceeding 800 °C without damaging the original properties. The fact that this ceramic coating is aimed exclusively at wheel rims is an advantage and represents a new level of quality in wheel protection. Similar to other SiO₂-based coatings, Q² Rim EVO offers excellent self-cleaning capabilities. The result is a reduction in the time required to maintain bikes, especially those with complex designs. Q² Rim EVO protects the wheels from excessive brake lining dust and makes it easier to regularly wash the wheels with pressurized water. In addition, with the help of a pH neutral wheel cleaner, the whole process will be much easier. Q² Rim EVO is also resistant to more aggressive cleaning agents.

How to use
- Never use the product in direct sunlight.
- Always use chemical resistant rubber gloves .
- Work in a well-ventilated garage or ideally outdoors when there is no wind and the temperature and humidity are correct.
- Wash the wheels thoroughly first, ideally with a wheel cleaner .
- Afterwards, clean the paint with a paint cleaner that degreases the wheels and cleans them of dirt, wax, etc.
- Then apply the ceramic coating with the enclosed applicator.
- Put a few drops into the applicator and apply ideally with cross movements.
- Once you've applied the ceramic coating to one wheel, buff it with a short-fiber microfiber cloth .
