i7 – High-end device made in Germany
Our HELIX COMPOSE i7 series represents an uncompromising high-end for an excellent sound experience in the car. With an obvious influence from sister high-end brand BRAX, the i7 range of speakers is completely made in Germany and optimized for uncompromising music enjoyment. All speaker impedances are perfectly matched to our HELIX and MATCH amplifiers, guaranteeing maximum performance in all circumstances. In addition, HELIX COMPOSE introduces four new mechanical technologies that offer unrivaled practical benefits.
High efficiency
HELIX COMPOSE equates to smart engineering and accordingly implements highly efficient 3 Ohm technology that perfectly matches all HELIX and MATCH amplifiers while allowing a clearly noticeable increase in efficiency and maximum sound pressure.
UHD (Ultra High Damping)
Thanks to the noticeable influence of sister brand BRAX and our uncompromising high-end philosophy, only the highest quality components are used in the i7 series, such as the patented, handmade UHD (Ultra High Damping) paper membrane. this membrane, produced by a particularly complex process, guarantees optimal frequency and also the best possible impulse response for an incomparable musical enjoyment.
High-tech polymer basket
All speaker baskets of the HELIX COMPOSE i7 and i3 are made of high-tech polymer composite, which was additionally reinforced with glass balls. The result: maximum stability with minimum self-resonance and at the same time elimination of flux modulation of the magnetic system and maximum resistance to thermal effects. Last but not least, it enables much more compact dimensions of the basket, and thus simplified installation in cramped installation conditions.
FlexMount100 - universal and specific for cars
FlexMount is a mounting system based on specially developed adapter rings that allows COMPOSE FlexMount loudspeakers to be installed in an almost unlimited number of vehicles. A universal speaker is thus effortlessly transformed into a vehicle-specific speaker that can be easily installed in the vehicle's original mounting position in an acoustically optimized manner using the matching FlexMount100 rotating adapter ring.
FlexConnect - one terminal for all cases
Using our FlexConnect clamp, HELIX COMPOSE speakers can be easily connected directly to the vehicle's original wiring harness, maintaining the automotive plug connection standard and ensuring reverse polarity protection. Similar to our FlexMount system, this technology relies on specially developed vehicle-specific adapters.
