Liquid wipers Koch Chemie Nano-Glasversiegelung 2x250 ml
This glass preparation reduces the adhesion of dirt, grease and raindrops to the windshield of the vehicle. The system creates a solid bond between the glass surface and the chemistry. The nano structure created in this way reduces the surface tension of the glass to such an extent that dirt, greasy dust, but also water droplets do not remain on the glass. The use of windshield wipers is not necessary in heavy rain, higher speed or when driving at night (visibility will improve). The sealing is durable when washing the vehicle in car washes for approx. one year or 20,000 km.Application of Koch Chemie liquid wipers
- The glass intended for application must be thoroughly cleaned with a window cleaner, for example ( Speedglasscleaner ) and all dirt must be removed.
- Surface cleaning and activation - before use, mix the Nano 1 bottle well - shake it.
- Apply the product to a wet applicator and clean and polish the surface of the glass.
- To simplify the work, mentally divide the glass into 4 parts.
- Wipe off the remnants of the dried Nano 1 cleaner with a new, damp, lint-free cloth and then wipe the glass dry with a clean, dry cloth.
- You must no longer touch the dry cleaned glass with your fingers or palm.
- Sealing the glass: seal the glass gradually, always only on one half of the glass.
- Spray the sealing agent Nano 2 onto the glass and immediately work it into the glass by polishing with the supplied Wipex Full Power cloth for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Nano 2 must not dry on the glass so that no streaks form on the glass.
- Repeat this procedure once more (inject 2 times in total).
- After finishing the above treatment, polish the glass with another clean polishing cloth.
- Seal at a temperature of approx. +10 °C to +20 °C, preferably in a garage, not in direct sunlight.
- The repellent effect appears after about 1 hour. The best effectiveness is after 24 hours.
