Meguiar's Citrus Blast Wash & Wax is Meguiar's Citrus Blast Wash & Wax, the ultimate professional hand wash wax car shampoo with carnauba and polymers to boost paint protection, shine and smoothness! The biodegradable composition effectively lubricates the paint surface, loosens impurities, pampers the paint and extremely supports its depth and shine already during the washing itself. In addition, it is completely gentle on waxes and other types of paint protection and effectively strengthens them thanks to the mixture of carnauba and polymers. Recommended procedure for washing a car
- Rinse your car from loose dirt with pressurized water or soap from the bottom up! The lower parts of the car are the most dirty, so when rinsing from the bottom up, the water acts on the dirtiest places for the longest time, and thus soaks the dirt for the longest time. In addition, all the dirt from the higher parts flows downwards and thus helps to remove soaked dirt from thresholds, wheels or chassis parts.
- If you want to pre-wash the car, dilute the shampoo in the foamer in a ratio of 10:1.
- The shampoo creates a rich, stable foam that you spray on the entire surface of the car and leave for 5 minutes or as needed.
- By the action of the foam, you soak up stubborn dirt, e.g. dried insects or road dirt, and thus achieve a perfect pre-wash, strengthen the shine and keep the protective layer intact.
- Do not rinse the car from the foam!
- Dilute the shampoo in the bucket in a ratio of 128:1 (1 cap of shampoo to 1 liter of water).
- Afterwards, wash the entire body with shampoo by hand from top to bottom, i.e. from the cleanest parts to the dirtiest.
- Always wash the glove thoroughly when soaking in the bucket to remove any dirt and you haven't put it back on the paint.
- Rinse the shampoo from the body using pressurized water or a squeegee from top to bottom. The running water will help to remove the shampoo even from hard-to-reach places.
- Finally, rinse the body once more and slowly from top to bottom, but this time only with a very thin stream of water flowing freely from the hose without the pressure attachment. With this step, up to 80% of the remaining water can be removed from the varnish, making subsequent drying much easier!
- Dry the car with a high-quality, extremely absorbent microfiber drying towel X1802 Meguiar's Supreme Drying Towel or X2000 Meguiar's Water Magnet , or superior natural chamois X2100 Meguiar's Natural Chamois .
- If necessary, reinforce the protective wax layer with one of Meguiar's quick waxes.
