Mitsubishi steering wheel adapter

Adapter for activating the control buttons on the steering wheel when buying an aftermarket car radio with an ISO connector (included in the adapter) for vehicles:

• Mitsubishi Pajero (2006 -> 2014)
• Mitsubishi Shogun V80 (2006 -> 2014)

Important additional information

• For cars with steering wheel controls and an active Rockford Fosgate audio system.
• Control between the OEM car stereo and the amplifier is via a digital signal via two wires.
• Allows adaptation to any car radio with speaker outputs.
• Supports steering wheel buttons to control the hands-free kit (if available).
• It includes control of the functions of the amplifier settings using the buttons on the steering wheel (fader / amplifier sensitivity / audio effects settings, ...).
• Designed for aftermarket Sony, Kenwood, Panasonic, JVC, Pioneer, Blaupunkt, Clarion, Alpine, LG, Zenec, Becker car radios.
• To fully activate the adapter, it is necessary to order a connecting cable for the given brand of car radio! (see below)

The adapter includes wires with analog signals:

• +12 V after turning on the key (vol. 15) - fitted in the ISO connector.
• +12 V after switching on the vehicle lighting - fitted in the ISO connector.
• +12 V after engaging reverse gear - free wire.
• Ground (- pole) with the handbrake applied - free wire.
• Speed pulses - free wire.
