Where the goods are sent

In the event that the goods you purchased have broken down, always send them to us at the address of the store at the address:

Ideally, write "CLAIM" on the package in large letters. You can also bring the goods to the store in person for a claim. To facilitate and speed up the return of the goods, please fill out the protocol and deliver it with the goods. Thank you

How long does the claim last?

By law, we have 30 days to process a complaint. This period starts to run on the following day from the receipt of the goods for the claim. We always try to return goods from complaints as soon as possible. For goods where we are importers , complaints usually take up to 2 weeks. What information must be included with the goods

Insert a copy of the proof of purchase into the package, or the order number or tax document number is sufficient. What is important is the description of the defect, what specifically does not work or is annoying. The more you describe the defect, the better, and usually sooner, the service will remove the defect. Don't forget to include your return address and your contact information (phone or email).

Who pays the postage?

In the event that a defect is recognized, we will be happy to reimburse you for the costs associated with delivering the package to us. To pay the amount, we just need a copy of the submission slip or any proof of how much the postage cost. Just take a picture with your phone and send it by e-mail. We then pay the money for the postage in the form of a bank transfer to the customer's account.

The possibility of sending goods directly to an authorized service

To shorten the waiting time for processing a claim, you can send the claimed goods directly to the relevant service of the given brand. List of service centers . The same rules apply here as when you claim goods in our store.
