Sound insulation material Profidamp SP 8

Sound and heat insulating material made of polyethylene foam with a self-adhesive and adhesive mounting layer. It is mainly used for sound and thermal insulation of the floor, luggage compartment, roof or doors. It is an alternative to the technologically outdated STP Splen 08 material. Due to the closed cell structure, the material is resistant to water and moisture, does not rot or decompose. It is applied as a second layer to the anti-vibration material, which prevents vibrations and resonances. Available in 700 x 500 mm and 4 and 8 mm thickness.
