Based on the success of the Ultimo Titanium model series subwoofers, the new PowerSlim subwoofers have been introduced after a long development to offer uncompromising sound quality combined with a low installation depth and minimal demands on the enclosure volume. Morel's many years of experience in speaker design are fully reflected in the Ultimo PowerSlim subwoofers, which despite their extremely flat design offer powerful, deep and tonally accurate sound. It thus saves valuable luggage space without compromising the sound performance expected from the Morel brand. The very rigid and at the same time exceptionally light sandwich membrane is made of two layers of carbon fibers, which are lined with aluminum honeycomb for maximum strength and weight savings. The robust motor construction uses a large 125 mm voice coil and a hybrid magnetic system with a double ferrite and neodymium magnet. This combination ensures excellent electromechanical power and perfect linearity and musicality. Morel's Progressive Field Symmetry suspension technology, meanwhile, delivers superior woofer control, reducing distortion and maximizing performance. This subwoofer will delight even those who are not limited by space with its sound. The PowerSlim subwoofers are available in 10" and 12" sizes and are equipped with a dual voice coil in a 2 + 2 or 4 + 4 Ω configuration.
