Toyota Proace Verso - soundproofing

Complete soundproofing of the Toyota Proace Verso vehicle. In terms of type, it is a very similar MPV to the Mercedes V-class or the VW T6.1, with all the pros and cons. The high practicality and good design is redeemed by the lousy factory sound insulation, which can quite a bit spoil the otherwise excellent impression of the car during long journeys. Traditionally, the most problematic area is the floor, front and rear wheel arches, engine or wheel suspension, and due to the shape of the body, significant aerodynamic noise also comes into play. The owner wanted to soundproof his car in the maximum possible way, and that is why we chose materials from the Russian manufacturer SGM, which clearly fulfill this requirement. Specifically, we focused on the front, sliding and fifth doors, floor, roof, sides, front and rear wheel arches, torpedo and bonnet. Of course, we also soundproof most of the plastic parts in the interior. For this assembly, we work with the most powerful anti-vibration and membrane materials SGM, which you will find in our offer. SGM is a direct competitor of the market leader in soundproofing and another Russian manufacturer, Comfortmat, whose materials we work with for most of our installations. Thanks to the specific requirements of the client and the characteristics of the car, we chose SGM for this installation. All the chosen materials are also thermally insulating, and this car is now also protected against heat loss.
