Work light Unilite CRI-3250

The Unilite CRI-3250 is a high-quality CRI work light that is part of the Unilite CRI line of rechargeable LED lights and has the ability to be mains powered or used thanks to a rechargeable battery, + offers a 2A power bank. The CRI-3250 has a variable output with a maximum of 3250 lumens at the highest setting and a minimum of 200 lumens at the lowest setting from a 30W COB LED, as well as a variable color temperature option between 2700K and 6500K. The Color Rendering Index (CRI) is a measurement of the ability of light sources faithfully reveal the true color of an object compared to a natural light source such as sunlight and is measured between 0-100. The CRI-3250 has a high value of CRI 96+, which means that the quality of the light source is extremely good and displays colors in their true form. It also helps reduce eye strain that lower CRI light can cause. The light has a stand that tucks into the back and can be pulled out and rotated 170° to turn the light in the perfect direction, and also doubles as a strong magnet to attach to magnetic surfaces for hands-free work. The handle enables easy transport of the light unit. When turned on, the battery status indicator lights up to show the remaining power. The light is made of super tough nylon and aluminum construction with a fluorescent yellow center.

Control options

Offering excellent light spread and performance, the CRI-3250 features two rotary switches on the back to control all settings. The left button is the on/off button and controls the brightness output by turning the switch to the right to gradually increase the output and adjust to the desired level. The right CCT switch changes the color temperature by turning the switch to the left for warmer light, or to the right for cooler light.

Battery and charging

The CRI-3250 uses an 11.1V 5200mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery and lasts up to 2 hours at the highest setting. The battery can be easily recharged by lifting the dust cover on the back of the light and plugging the charging cable into the charging port on one end and plugging the other end into a wall outlet. The included mains adapter comes with four different sockets for use in multiple countries such as UK, US, Australia and EU. The light can also be used continuously when plugged in, even with a fully charged battery, allowing you to save battery power if there is access to a power outlet when using the light. While charging, the charge indicators on the back will show the charging progress, with one light flashing before it starts to glow, and another light flashing until all the LEDs are finally lit after about 4 hours of full charge. In addition to the light function, the CRI-3250 also has a 2A power bank function and can charge external devices via a standard USB-A port located next to the charging port on the back. To charge an external device, simply plug the USB-A end of the cable required for your device into the USB-A port on the light and the device should start charging automatically.
