A silicon carbide-based sanding disc consisting of a sanding mesh, a foam center and a Velcro backing for sanding paint defects, paint transitions, large scratches, rougher sanding of paint, etc. The mesh structure allows water and air to move freely around the sanding grains, allowing almost dust-free grinding.
