Audi A4 - speaker replacement

Replacing speakers in an Audi A4. The equipment of this car included only the basic factory sound system, which unfortunately does not offer much enjoyment from your favorite music. The highs are without details, the mids are basically non-existent and although the doors hide the mid-bass with a diameter of 200 mm, even they do not show what a more demanding listener would expect. Fortunately, the Audi head units are of the highest quality and have surprisingly high performance. Therefore, the simplest solution is to replace the speakers while keeping the factory car radio. For this, it is necessary to choose speakers with optimal performance and high sensitivity, which will allow connection to the factory car radio with a weaker performance. Recently, for such assemblies, we have liked the component loudspeakers of the Italian manufacturer Audison, which meet all the mentioned parameters and offer very high quality sound. The speakers are suitable due to the sensitivity of over 92 dB both for connection to the radio and to an external amplifier thanks to the high power of 115 W RMS. In this case, we chose the first option. We installed the aforementioned speakers in the front and rear doors, and thanks to cable adapters, we used sufficiently strong factory wiring and thus did not interfere with the car's electrical installation. We dampened all the doors with premium Comfortmat materials, which will ensure the emphasis of the bass component of the mid-bass as well as the improvement of their sound.
