Headlamp Unilite PS-HDL6R

The Unilite PS-HDL6R provides a maximum output of 350 lumens of white light from six Samsung SMD LEDs at maximum setting. There are four brightness settings: high, medium, low and flash. It is cycled through with a single press of the button located on the top of the headlamp, the fifth press turns off the light. The PS-HDL6R can be powered in two ways - either by the included 3.7V 1800mAh lithium polymer battery or by three AAA batteries (not included) that can be inserted into the AAA battery case. If you put the li-polymer battery back in, you must first remove the AAA battery holder from the headlamp.

Charging the Unilite PS-HDL6R headlamp

The Li-polymer battery can be charged using the included USB cable via the micro USB port on the side. The red LED will light up when charging, it will light up green when charging is complete. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours. An LED power indicator on the side of the main torch shows how much battery power it has so you're never in the dark. A blue light means more than 30% power, a red light means 30% to 5% power, and a flashing red light means less than 5% power.

Belt and placement options

As well as an adjustable headband, this headlamp also includes a mount with 3M adhesive backing on the back, so the headlamp unit can be attached to an industrial or sports helmet. The headlamp can be tilted forward up to 45°, so you can direct the light where it is needed. The sun shield can be pulled forward, which directs the beam angle downwards and does not shine into the eyes of someone standing opposite you.
