Basic soundproofing of the ninth generation Honda Civic. Its owner did not particularly like the significant noise from the wheel arches, especially from the rear of the car. Aerodynamic and surrounding road noise is also a problem, which is why we agreed on basic noise reduction of the areas that bothered the client the most. Specifically, we focused on the front and rear doors, the luggage compartment with an emphasis on the rear wheel arches and the front wheel arches from the inside. The requirement was the lowest possible weight of the material, which is why we chose lightweight materials that, in addition to high efficiency, also have a very low weight.
