Soundproofing Infinity QX70. This Japanese premium car offers plenty of interior space, an interesting and unusual exterior, and high-quality suspension makes you forget about the bad Czech roads. However, this Japanese SUV doesn't exactly abound in acoustic comfort, and the annoying noise is mainly caused by the humming of the tires over the wheel arches and the floor. Maximum care must also be taken in the central tunnel, as the all-wheel drive transmission generates a lot of vibration and noise. Our task is to minimize all these inconveniences. We chose our Premium Plus soundproofing package with the customer. Compared to the classic Premium package, we choose more effective and stronger materials and more layers, focusing mainly on the floor and rear wheel arches of the car. Specifically, we soundproof the front, rear and fifth doors, the floor, the luggage compartment, the rear wheel arches and the hood. This car is very demanding on the layout and composition of the interior, maximum care and, of course, long practice is required. Due to the difficulty of soundproofing this type of car, the time spent on the car is increased compared to standard cars. However, we apply the same materials as in the Premium soundproofing package to the areas most affected by noise.
