The advanced polishing compound is specially designed for manual polishing. The Renew Paint Restorer paste was developed to "breathe new life" into tired and faded paint. Removes oxidation and light blemishes to leave behind a shiny and refined finish. Polishes and compounds work by physically smoothing the top layer of paint until the bottom of the deepest defect is reached. Technically - rather than filling or removing the defect itself, it essentially makes the defect disappear by removing a microscopic portion of the surface layer around it.
