Sanding disc RUPES X-CUT Foam Abrasive P1500

The RUPES sanding disc with 1500 grit is intended for removing paint defects while preserving the texture of the paint (the so-called "orange"). Suitable for sanding using water. It is designed for all types of orbital polishers and grinders in combination with a foam pad under the driver. Abrasive discs are used for faster removal of deeper defects in the top layer of paint. By repeated polishing, in some cases, it is not possible to achieve the complete removal of these significant defects, in addition, the constantly repeated machine polishing stresses the surrounding undamaged varnish, which is polished together with the defects. Therefore, it is more appropriate to gently sand the heavily damaged part and then polish it using the usual procedure. The sanding surface of the disc is attached to a foam base, which ensures the preservation of the paint texture. When working, we also recommend using a foam pad between the driver and the grinding wheel, which will ensure better copying of the surface and gentler, even work.
