Sanding paste Koch Chemie Schleifpaste H7.01 250 ml
The Schleifpaste preparation is a highly abrasive polish for the quick processing of heavily weathered varnishes, the removal of sprayed varnish and sharp particles up to a grain size of 2000.How to use Koch Chemie Schleifpaste H7.01 paste
- Apply the Schleifpaste to the abrasive medium (hard white polishing wheel or medium-hard yellow wheel) and work in criss-cross movements on the pre-cleaned surface at a maximum speed of 2,000 rpm.
- You can vary the polishing effect by pressure, abrasive media and the number of revolutions.
- At the beginning of the grinding process, we recommend using higher pressure at lower speeds.
- In the next step, reduce the pressure and polish the surface using increased revolutions.
- You can easily remove the last remains of the polish with a microfiber cloth.
- Remove the formed film or traces of polish using the Hochglanz-Antihologramm antiholographic polish.
- Grinding grade: 7.5.
- Gloss level: 3.
