Skoda Kodiaq - new sound system (replacement of Canton factory system)

The new sound system of the Škoda Kodiaq vehicle, which was equipped with the additional Canton system. It will satisfy the average user with its sound, but will not excite and rather disappoint the more demanding listener. Our client requested a significant improvement in sound quality and higher performance for undisturbed listening without unpleasant distortion at the highest volumes, while at the same time complementing the dynamics of the sound system with a more powerful subwoofer. When comparing the sound in our demo panel, the owners of this blue Kodiaq liked the component speakers of the Italian manufacturer Audison the most within the given budget. They have a high power of 115 W RMS and surprisingly high-quality sound at a price of approx. 4500 CZK. Although Audison speakers traditionally have a very high sensitivity, for their maximum use we also installed a four-channel Mosconi amplifier, which will provide the much-needed power even to a compact subwoofer from the same manufacturer. It was a matter of course that the doors were damped with the premium anti-vibration material Comfortmat Dark D2, which provides an unrivaled ratio of efficiency and weight, which does not burden the Kodiaq's large doors. Since we were limited by the budget for this installation, we only had to reach for a four-channel amplifier and that in a sale. Therefore, the rear speakers are only connected to the car radio, which, however, is not a major problem thanks to their high sensitivity.
