Audi A6 (C7) - installation of speakers in the front door

Replacing the factory speakers in the front doors of the Audi A6. We chose component speakers from the German manufacturer Eton, which offers speakers with a diameter of 200 mm, i.e. the same size as the original speakers. Compared to the standard size of 165 mm, the speakers stand out especially for their greater dynamics, which is further accentuated by the damping of the doors. In addition, the Eton speakers also have an above-standard sound quality and an extreme sensitivity of 94 dB, thanks to which they play without distortion even at high volumes. We also dampened the doors with the premium anti-vibration material Comfortmat from the Dark series, which stands out especially with its very low weight and does not burden the door with unnecessary weight. Thus, replacing the factory speakers brought a significant improvement in sound quality, higher volume without distortion and improved dynamics.
