Renault Megane III - installation of car radio and speakers

Replacing the factory speakers in the front and rear doors of the third generation Renault Megane. Renault cars generally have a problem both with car radios, which have a very weak performance and also with low-quality speakers. That's why, in the first place, we replaced the factory car radio with a Kenwood car radio with USB, bluetooth hands-free and other functions. We installed speakers from the Italian manufacturer Audison in the front and rear doors, which excel in their superior sound and high sensitivity. In combination with the higher performance of the Kenwood radio, the speakers can play loud enough without unwanted distortion. As always, we have thoroughly damped the door with the Comfortmat D2 anti-vibration material from the Premium series, which ensures ideal conditions for the acoustics of the speakers and, in addition, boasts the lowest weight of all anti-vibration materials of this thickness on the market. We kept the factory controls on the steering wheel thanks to a suitable adapter and thanks to the cable reductions we also used the factory speaker cables without any intervention in the car's electrical installation.
