The S2-S65 new generation 16.5 cm (6-1/2") diameter S series coaxial speakers with a new design and Hi-Res Audio certification set a new standard in basic audio performance. We put top-notch capabilities into these speakers by using high-efficiency materials and patented construction elements.Made from a combination of polypropylene, glass fiber and mica materials, the Alpine S-Series speakers deliver the basic sound required for High-Res Audio magnets for more power and best-in-class mid-bass performance. High Amplitude Multi-Roll (HAMR) woofer surround brings out the best in bass by allowing for maximum cone movement. 2.5cm (1" diameter dome tweeter ) delivers all the high-frequency detail you missed with factory speakers. All S Series speakers have a wide range of vehicle mounts and include several adapters and spacers. Thanks to the use of in-line crossovers, these speakers can be easily and quickly installed even in domestic conditions.
