The new generation S2-S69 16 x 24 cm (6 x 9") Coaxial Speakers with a new design and Hi-Res Audio certification represent a new standard in basic audio performance. We have put top capabilities into these speakers through the use of high performance materials and patented construction elements.The lightweight woofer diaphragm, made from a combination of polypropylene, glass fiber and mica materials, delivers the high power / low distortion sound required for High-Res Audio performance.Alpine S Series speakers have increased magnet dimensions for greater performance and the best performance in the mid-bass range. The High Amplitude Multi-Roll (HAMR) woofer brings out the best in bass by allowing maximum cone movement. The 2.5 cm (1") dome tweeter delivers all the high frequency details , which you missed with the factory speakers. All S Series speakers have a wide range of vehicle mounts and include several adapters and spacers. Thanks to the use of in-line crossovers, these speakers can be easily and quickly installed even in domestic conditions.
