Bilt Hamber Dynax-UB anti-corrosion wax

Dynax-UB is a highly effective anti-corrosion wax that provides extremely long protection to steel surfaces. Dynax-UB contains elastic polymers that create a harder wax coating that is more abrasion resistant than conventional wax coatings. This property allows this wax to protect the underside of the vehicle for a longer period of time. Unlike traditional asphalt coatings, Dynax-UB will not peel over time. Dynax-UB creates dry, brown and waxy film. Dynax-UB is able to stop existing corrosion and provide long-term protection to corroded and corrosive surfaces. Dynax-UB outperforms competitive materials in salt spray tests under ASTM B117 conditions.

How to use Bilt Hamber Dynax-UB

• Use a brush or roller to apply Dynax UB.
• Dynax-UB is applied to a dry surface.
• Apply at least 2 coats to the surface at 24 hour intervals.
• The first layer prepares the surface and thus allows subsequent layers to create a higher film thickness.
• Dynax-UB will provide excellent protection over a wide thickness range - the aim is to achieve a uniform dry film thickness of approximately 80 - 100 microns.
