BMW 5 (G30) - replacement of the factory Hi-Fi Sound System

BMW fifth series and replacement of the factory Hi-Fi Sound System. One of our most common installations in our workshop and no wonder. The BMW factory audio system is far from matching the quality and, above all, the price of the vehicles themselves. Fortunately, however, there is an easy solution in the form of replacing the factory audio system. The owner and I chose our most requested sound system from the Italian manufacturer Audison, which is exceptional not only for its high-quality sound and high performance, but also for its installation without the slightest interference with the original electrical installation. This is thanks to a sophisticated wiring system that ensures complete integration to the factory head unit without having to cut, solder or run new wiring. Audison speakers and subwoofers have the same size, shape, mounting and connectors as the factory speakers, and the whole solution is in the spirit of Plug & Play. The basis of the new system is an eight-channel amplifier with an Audison Forza DSP processor, which supplies power for all speakers and subwoofers. Perhaps the most important thing comes at the end of the installation. Sound measurement with a calibrated microphone in the professional REW software, which will allow, after professional settings, to adapt the sound not only to the listener, but especially to this particular car with all the obstacles of this imperfect environment for sound. So we will set the measured results in the DSP processor program, fine-tune the sound in detail according to our preferences, and then we will have to finalize it with the client. The result is a high-quality sound with precise settings, which significantly surpasses the extra-charged Harman Kardon system and will satisfy even the most demanding listeners.
