Sound insulation material StP Qattara
STP Qattara is a sound-insulating material that consists of a 2-mm-thick sound-proofing membrane and a 4-mm-thick sound-insulating layer. The material also includes an effective self-adhesive layer. STP Qatarra is completely resistant to water and moisture, and thanks to its sound insulation capability of up to 32 dB, it is especially designed for soundproofing the floor, wheel arches and trunk. Available in size 470 x 375 mm and thickness 6 mm.
Where to apply StP Qattara material
STP Qatarra is most often intended for soundproofing the floor, luggage compartment and front and rear wheel arches. It is applied as a second layer to the anti-vibration material, which prevents vibrations. Thanks to its multi-layer composition with an anti-noise membrane, it replaces the second and third layers of soundproofing.
