Speaker set for Honda Civic VII
Speakers designed to improve the existing sound system of the Honda Civic VII from 2001 to 2005. This set of speakers is characterized by high-quality sound, processing and simple installation without the need to interfere with the interior of the vehicle. This set includes the following products:- Gladen M 165 G2 component speakers for the front door
- MDF pads for speakers in the front door.
Main features
- Certified speakers of the German manufacturer Gladen of the Alpha series.
- Due to their high sensitivity, the speakers are suitable for connection without an external amplifier.
- The mentioned speakers can only be installed in vehicles that already have preparation for tweeters (the original tweeters are located in the "A" pillar). Otherwise, the tweeters can be placed in the housing that is included in the package and installed on the "A" pillar or dashboard.
- For simple connection to the factory wiring, we recommend purchasing cable adapters .
- The package does not include the screws needed to attach the pads to the vehicle door.
Package contains
- 2 tweeters in the A pillar.
- 2 mid-bass speakers for the front door.
- 2 pieces of MDF mats for the front door.
- Mounting material included in speaker package.
Door damping
As part of replacing the speakers, we also recommend muting the doors. The application of damping materials will significantly improve not only the bass component and the sound of the mid-bass speaker, but also prevent vibrations and resonances in the door area, which negatively affect the resulting sound. For damping two doors, we recommend purchasing the following damping materials:
- 4 pcs Comfortmat S2
- 1 pc of Comfortmat Tsunami (1/2 sheet is enough for one door)
