Mercedes-Benz Vito - soundproofing and speaker replacement

Sound deadening of the Mercedes-Benz Vito in our highest configuration and, on occasion, replacement of the speakers. There is no need to elaborate on Mercedes-Benz Vito, V-Class and similar cars. Every week we have several of these cars in the workshop for noise reduction, which is mainly due to the complete absence of factory sound insulation. When driving, you can naturally hear unpleasant noise from the engine, wheels, road and aerodynamic noise. The solution is additional sound insulation with top-quality materials from the manufacturer Comfortmat, which has long been the world leader in vehicle noise reduction. Together with the owner, we selected our Expert Plus soundproofing package, which includes soundproofing of all essential areas with the most effective materials from the professional Expert range. Specifically, we focused on the front, sliding and fifth doors, floor, sides, roof, front and rear wheel arches from the side of the car, hood and torpedo. We also replaced the factory speakers in the front doors and rear of the car with Italian Audison components. So the Vito leaves us not only perfectly soundproofed, but also with an improved sound system. We managed the installation within one working day thanks to the presence of four technicians at the same time.
